Over the course of his career, Robert continually advanced his expertise through specialized training and certification, including Field Training Officer certification, Auto Crime School, Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, and Instructor Development. In 2004 he completed the Basic Investigators Course — detective school — and was assigned to the Second Squad, marking his transition into investigative work. He went on to complete NYPD homicide investigation training in 2008 and, in 2009, was assigned to the Nassau County Homicide Squad, where he investigated the most serious crimes. He further sharpened his craft with advanced homicide investigation training through the New York State Police in Albany in 2012.
Today, Robert serves as Lead Investigator for Upfront Security Associates, applying the investigative discipline, attention to detail, and case-building experience honed over a career in major-crimes and homicide work to deliver thorough, professional investigative services for the firm's clients.
