Joe is a retired police officer who dedicated over 33 years of service to the citizens of City of New York and the County of Nassau. Joe has been recognized by the Nassau Police Department for his excellent police work, investigations, arrests, and community service. Joe supported his fellow police officers as their elected union representative and trustee in the Nassau County PBA, safeguarding the contractual rights of his colleagues. Joe handled this position professionally for more than 13 years, serving on many committees benefitting the police officers he worked with. After retiring from the Nassau County Police Department's Applicant Investigation Unit in 2020, Joe entered into private business joining Upfront Security Associates LLC. Joe now uses his law enforcement, investigator, and office administration experience by assisting the owners of Upfront with background searches, new employee onboarding, scheduling, employee record keeping, and other HR work. Additionally, you'll see Joe out in the field as he will work numerous tours at various security locations.
